I'm Ashley, a licensed mental health therapist with more than 15 years of experience in the field.
Throughout my career, I've worked in community mental health, group practice, and practice leadership before transitioning into my own private practice full-time.
I created Anchored Practice Co. because therapists are taught how to be clinicians, but rarely how to run a business.
